For a standard event or (onsite) corporate photoshoot (for example, staff headshots), we have a fixed price based on a day rate.

These costs include a 1-person crew with standard equipment, time onsite (including - as needed - studio set-up and breakdown), delivery of medium resolution images (as standard: up to 300 for a full day's shooting), and a standard licence for image use.

• Day rate (up to 8h): £1,200 [weekend: £1,450]

• Half-day rate (up to 4h, by agreement only): £750 [weekend: £995]

For a standard event or corporate video (such as promo videos or social media), we have a fixed price based on a day rate.

These costs are for a 1-person crew onsite with standard equipment (the onsite time includes - as needed - studio set-up and breakdown).

These costs do not include post-production or delivery of footage or videos (see post-production, below).

• Half-day rate (up to 4h, by agreement only): £595 [weekend: £795]

Although it is possible for a 1-person crew to capture both still photography and video, we rarely recommend this; doing so often compromises both aspects of our service.

We are happy to discuss your requirements and make a recommendation accordingly. If we believe that there is sufficient separation between the still and video capture, our standard day rate for photography would apply (video post-production would be a separate cost).

For most projects, we recommend a 2-person crew (or more). The costs for this would be a combination of the standard photography and standard videography operators.

For still event and corporate photography, basic post-production and delivery is included in the standard fee (unless otherwise noted). More in-depth post-production and editing (compositing, Photoshop etc) is charged at £50 per hour (or part thereof). We will discuss your requirements and quote before we start editing work. Delivery of high-resolution images from standard photography is charged at£25 per image.

For video editing, we will provide a bespoke quote based on your needs. It's difficult to provide a ballpark that covers all projects, but a 1- to 2-minute showreel typically falls in the £400 - £600 range (including one round of client revisions).

Our fees listed above are inclusive of our time onsite and delivery of images as specified. Additional costs (beyond post-production) might also be required for some projects, including:

• Travel time and costs

• Out-of-pocket costs (e.g. subsistence)

• For multi-day events or shoots, accommodation costs

• Shipping of equipment

• Specialist equipment hire

• Venue, set dressing and/or model costs

• Project management costs (e.g. for liaison with studio or model hire)
