Our chief melon farmer is Dan, whose background is not exactly what you’d expect from the finest event and corporate photographer (if we do say so ourselves…) in west London.

But a PhD in biochemistry, a few years of medical research and 20 years’ experience in medical communications brings benefits beyond simple photographic training.

This unusual background (for a photographer) means that Dan understands the importance of clarity in communication and consistent branding to deliver a message, in whichever medium. He can spot problems and solve them before they happen, which means that unconventional lighting at a venue or bad weather are just another aspect to be considered before pressing the shutter button.
